Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved by our support team before any item is sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds
